How to find the Taxi Driver at the Airport?

The Taxi driver will be waiting at the airport for you at the Arrival Hall with a sign with your name on it. On your confirmation mail you will also receive the contact details of the driver so you can also contact the driver in case of delays.
Driver will contact you via whatsapp before the trip.

Can I order only the public transport cards without taxi?

Unfortunately not. The drivers play an essential role in offering this service. They take care of the entire reservation. From picking up the Public Transport Cards in the city to picking you up from the airport to driving you to the accommodation and giving you the Public Transport Card.

Can I travel outside the city with this Travel Card?

For now the service is limited to the city itself. When we expand we will inform you in the product text and booking process.

Can I change the booking information?

Yes, You can always contact us for any adjustment on your reservation.

Where do I make the payment?

Payment should be done directly to your driver.
it is recommended to pay in cash, although some drivers may accept credit card payment at an additional cost.

How do I get the Amsterdam Public Transportation Card?

The driver will hand over the Public Transportation Card. From that moment you can start travelling in Amsterdam when you want. The card gets activated on the first moment you use it.

Is there a possibility to book tickets for children?

When you are traveling with a child younger than 4 years old the public transportation is free in Amsterdam and your child can travel for free together with you.

When does the Public Transportation Card validity start?

The Public Transportation Card is activated on the first moment you start using it in the metro, bus or tram. From that moment on, your card is valid for 3 consecutive days.
