Public Transport Card

The Public Transport Card is valid for 3 days and includes the trams, busses and the metro. For 3 days unlimited travel you can use your ticket from the first moment you start using it.

Private Airport Transfer

The Lisbon Public Transport Card also include a one-way transfer from Humberto Delgado Airport (Lisbon Airport) to your accommodation. After your reservation you can inform us in which accommodation you are staying. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign at the arrival hall.

How to find the Taxi Driver at the Airport?

When you arrive at the airport the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall. Because we have your flight number we know when there is a delay. Only when the flight is cancelled or postponed to a different day please contact us as soon as you know about it.

Where can I find the routes of the busses, trams and metros in Lisbon?

You will also get more information after your booking with an overview of all bus lines, tram lines and the metro lines.

Is there a possibility to book tickets for children?

When you are travelling with a child younger than 4 years old, the public transportation network is free in Lisbon and your child can travel for free together with you. The Taxi is also free for your child.

How do I get the Public Transportation Card?

You will find the instructions on your ticket. The process is super simple and you do not have to do anything after your reservation. The taxi driver will give you the public transport card after your pick up at the airport.

When does the validity of the Public Transportation Card start?

The Public Transportation Card is activated on the first moment you start using it in the metro, bus or tram. From that moment the card is valid for 3 consecutive days. There is a chip in your card which you can use to check in and out.

Can I also use the card to get from the airport instead of a taxi?

Not when you book this product. The Private Airport Transfer is included in your booking and the driver will pick you up and bring you to your hotel.
