1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following will be defined as:
  • Online Travel Card: the webshop part of Rokin Group Internacional S.L.
  • ("Online Travel Card") resided resided Avenida Carlemany 121-3a, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra.
  • Online Travel Card: the (online) system developed by Rokin Group Internacional S.L. for sale, treatment, processing and completing said Tickets, system updates included;
  • Terms and conditions: the terms and conditions of Online Travel Card that apply to the agreement, which the User declares to have received, read and accepted;
  • Ticket(s): the entry permit for a third party organised event which is sold to the User by;
  • User: the legal person and/or natural person who by use of Online Travel Card purchases a ticket for a third party organised event;

2. Applicability of the terms and conditions

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to every tender and every agreement between Online Travel Card and a User for which Online Travel Card has declared said terms and conditions applicable.

2.2 These terms and conditions are also applicable to agreements with Online Travel Card, for the execution of which a third party is contracted by or on behalf of Online Travel Card.

3. Online Travel Card

3.1 Online Travel Card offers the User the ability to make use of the Online Travel Card for the purchase of Tickets, in the broadest sense of the word.

3.2 The Online Travel Card is - also considering an optimum of purchasable Tickets – managed, maintained and restored if necessary on and for account of Online Travel Card consistent with the requirements for skilled expertise.

3.3 Purchase and sale of the Tickets pass through the Online Travel Card , where the User is the purchaser and Online Travel Card operates as seller of the Ticket.

4. Rates and payment

Online Travel Card charges the User the following fees:
Fees per Ticket sold through the Online Travel Card. These fees are clearly mentioned during the transactional period and are available to view at all times.

5. Privacy and personal data

5.1 Online Travel Card is obligated to inform the User of the regulations pertaining to the processing of personal data an privacy in the broadest sense of the word.

5.2 Online Travel Card is liable to place the personal data and preferences of the User, insofar as the user has granted permission according to the applicable regulations, at the disposal of the organization of the event for which a Ticket has been purchased.

5.3 Online Travel Card in principle does not make use of personal data possibly acquired of the User.

6. Safeguarding

The User safeguards Online Travel Card against legal claims of a third party for damage caused by faulty or incomplete information provided by the User.

7. Liability

7.1 Parties are only liable insofar as stated in either the Agreement or these terms and conditions.

7.2 Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.

7.3 Online Travel Card  cannot be held responsible for disfunctional hardware, removed emails, disfunctional e-mail services or incorrectly filled in email-addresses by the client.

7.4 Online Travel Card  is not liable to the point of damage to the User in whatever form. In case of cancellation of the event for which the Ticket is purchased Online Travel Card  will reimburse the purchase money within a 7-working day term.

7.5 Online Travel Card  is not liable for damage which is directly or indirectly caused by malfunction or maintenance of computers or in other case (electronic) systems used by Online Travel Card .

7.6 Online Travel Card  is not liable for damage which is directly or indirectly caused by either Tickets forged by Users or a third party or illegitimate use of Tickets by Users or a third party.

7.8 In the situation that the current COVID-19 pandemic (or any other pandemic, epidemic or other force majeure event) causes that bought tickets cannot be used on the selected date then tickets are non-refundable. The refund-policy or possibility to reschedule depends on the policy of the local supplier. 

7.9 Ticketbar can not be held responsible when a local supplier did not implemented all the beforehand communicated safety measures and can not be held responsible for the spread of COVID-19 pandemic (or any other pandemic, epidemic or other force majeure event) in or outside the museum of attraction of the local supplier
